Once we have tested the approach, we expect to work with a small number of additional SMEs.

Short on time, not ambition

Most finance teams are not short on ambition. They are short on time. Manual reporting, slow forecasting and processes that depend on one person knowing where everything is all add up, and they pull the team away from the work that actually moves the business forward.

We are helping SME businesses work out where AI and automation genuinely fit, and where they do not. People first, process second, tools third. AI is one of those tools, not the headline.

We are early in this work and clear about it. We are partnering with a select few businesses to refine real use cases before we open this up more widely.
