Eleanor brings over a decade of financial leadership experience, working with businesses of all sizes. She has a particular passion for SMEs, where her versatility and hands-on approach help drive operational efficiency and growth. Eleanor works closely with founders to professionalise finance functions, enabling confident, strategic decision-making. In her free time, she enjoys painting, running, yoga, and exploring the outdoors.

With over seven years of experience as a Fractional Finance Director, Anna partners with SMEs across a range of sectors to strengthen their finance functions. She’s passionate about relieving pressure from business leaders, especially MDs and CEOs, by bringing structure, clarity, and insight to the finance side of their operations. Outside of work, Anna is an animal lover who enjoys trail running and hiking in the mountains.

With over 30 years of experience as a Finance Director across diverse industries, Doug brings deep technical expertise and a practical, sleeves-rolled-up approach. He thrives in complex, high-growth businesses with international operations. When he’s not optimising financial strategy, Doug can be found on the golf course or skiing in the Alps.

Kevin transitioned into fractional work after a full-time FD career, bringing five years of experience helping SMEs build strong financial foundations. He excels in streamlining controls and processes where finance teams are under pressure. Kevin enjoys the outdoors, music festivals, and time with his growing family.

Steph has been an FFD for seven years, working with SMEs and Charities. Steph likes to add value by making processes efficient and reducing waste. She works closely with business owners and Trustees to ensure clear understanding of finances, enabling decision making. Steph loves to travel and whilst at home can often be found walking her dog and juggling a busy family life.
