Our Assessment Service

Stage 1

Video Screening Interview (£50)

We invite candidates to record answers to structured interview questions via our video platform. This stage helps us assess communication style, presentation, and alignment with your organisation’s tone and values.

Stage 2

Aptitude Test (£100)

Each candidate completes our bespoke Artemis Clarke aptitude test, covering logic, numeracy, literacy, and accounting fundamentals. The test is designed to give a clear measure of natural aptitude, speed, and accuracy, all key indicators of performance.

Stage 3

Bookkeeping Test (£100)

Candidates take our in-house bookkeeping test, which assesses practical knowledge of accounting principles, including debits and credits. For senior-level hires, we require a score of 85% or above within 30 minutes to move forward.

Stage 4

Face-to-Face Interview (£500)

The final stage is a live video interview with our experienced team. We explore the candidate’s career journey, motivations, long-term goals, and suitability for your business. This stage gives us deeper insight into cultural fit and any gaps in their history or application.
