Cameron has four differently numbered cards.

The range of the numbers is 14.

The median of the numbers is 9.

All the numbers are prime numbers.

The lowest number is 5.

Work out the numbers on the cards.

Answer:

Since the lowest number and the range is 14 it means the largest number minus 5 equals 14. Therefore, the largest number is 5 + 14 which is 19.

The other two numbers need to be bigger than 5, smaller than 19, be prime and have the number between them be 9 to make 9 be the median value.

The numbers that meet these conditions are 7 and 11.

Therefore the 5 numbers are 5, 7, 11, 19
